Did you know the place on your body where you first gained fat will be the last place you will lose fit? The opposite is also true, the last place on your body where you gained fat, will be the first place on your body where fat is lost.
For example, Bob first adds fat to his mid-section area, then to his hip area. He decides to do abdominal exercise to reduce the fat stored there. If Bob burns enough calories performing abdominal exercises, he will first lose fat in his hip area as it was the last place fat was stored on his body.
The point is, you cannot spot-reduce fat.
