“I was nervous about it but everyone else has shared their pics so, yeah go right ahead. And really all I did was cut out the diet Dew and drink only water! I had been eating salads, chicken breast, boiled eggs and steel cut oats, no bread, little sugar or processed foods for months anyway, just wasn’t losing much until I added SF. Also, I measured in 16 spots, so I have a few more numbers than most ppl. Lol. I measured both legs at 3 different points, neck, wrist…mine were really fat lol…lost an inch there alone! So my inches added up fast. I measure and weigh again today and I have weighed several times and can tell you, I’m still right at 265 but hoping for more inch loss. Oh, one more thing, I stopped eating out almost completely, which was hard cause I ate out daily!”
