Tip of the Day: 

Following 60 minutes of cardiorespiratory exercise, it is recommended that your drink 16 to 24 ounces of water for every pound of water lost after exercise.

It is important to weigh yourself just prior to your exercise session and then weigh yourself immediately after your exercise session to prevent your body from becoming dehydrated.
