Exercise Guidelines for Children

Many of us have children under the age of 18.   

Here are some exercise guidelines for children 6 to 17 years of age: 

1. Perform at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity everyday. 

2. Include vigorous-intensity activity a minimum of 3 days per week. 

3. Participate in muscle-strengthening and bone-strengthening activity a minimum of 3 day per week.
