Power in Planning

There is tremendous power in deciding when and where you are going to do something.  Studies show that you are more than 50% more likely to accomplish a task when you decide when and where you’re going to do it.  For instance, instead of just thinking I’ll get moving for 30 minutes today, decide which 30 minutes and where you’ll get that done – maybe you’ll decide that you’ll walk on the treadmill in the fitness center for two 15-minute breaks.  You can do it, you have the power!
