Spot Reducing Fat 

 

There is no way to “spot reduce” fat with exercise. You need to have a good diet and exercise program. The DASH Diet is the recommended diet. Go to www.ChooseMyPlate.gov for info on the DASH Diet. It is also recommend that you get at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise is recommend. The more exercise you get, the better.
