Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Shake
 
– 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
– 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter (or PB2 powdered peanut butter)
– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
– 1 tbsp. sugar-free strawberry jam or jelly
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 to 2 tbsp. stevia (zero calorie sweetener)
– dash of salt
– 7 ice cubes
– 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
– 1/4 tsp. peanut butter extract (optional)
 
Mix all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency and thickness.
