Fat: First On, Last Off….Last On, First Off

Coming from my Personal Trainer experience. You cannot do specific exercises to target losing weight on your body. An good exercise and eating program will cause your body to lose weight and fat. You lose fat first where you last gained fat and you lose fat last where you first gained fat……Last On, First Off and First On, Last Off.
