Chicken Vegetable SoupChicken Veggie Soup 

Servings 2-3


1 chicken breast diced (I used a left over grilled chicken breast and cut in into pieces)

1 – 14 oz can of fat-free low sodium chicken broth

1/4 c white cooking wine

1 c green beans 

1/2 cup chopped cabbage

1 celery stalk chopped

1/2 white onion diced

1/2 c diced broccoli

1/2 c frozen spinach

1 – 10 oz can rotel tomatoes

garlic powder to taste

seasoning salt to taste

black pepper to taste


Dump everything in a pan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 

That’s it! Serve and ENJOY!
