5 Steps to Loving Exercise…Or at Least Not Hating It
We all know the benefits of regular physical activity – increased energy, better cardiovascular health, reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke and looking more svelte.
But about 80 percent of Americans don’t make exercise a regular habit, and 14 percent say they don’t like exercise.
So how do you overcome an exercise aversion? Here are some tips to help you incorporate exercise into your life – and maybe even learn to like it.
Exercise That Suits You
Find an exercise that best fits your personality. If you are social person, do something that engages you socially – take a group exercise class, join a kickball team or walk with a group of friends.
Or, if you prefer having time alone, walking or jogging solo might be a better fit for you. Find a group to connect with others who share your goals, lifestyles, schedules and hobbies.
Make it a Habit
It can take a little while for something to become a habit, so give yourself the time to create a regular routine. One way is to try to exercise around the same time each day.
Exercise can become addictive in a positive way. Once it becomes a habit, you’ll notice when you aren’t doing something.
Build Exercise into Your Lifestyle
Be honest with yourself. If you don’t live close to a gym, it may be harder to become a habit for you. Likewise, if you are not a morning person, don’t plan on somehow getting up at the crack of dawn to make a boot camp class.
The key is building activity into your lifestyle so it is not disruptive.
There are many ways to fit exercise into your life and it doesn’t mean you have to make a big financial investment.
You can borrow exercise videos from the library or DVR an exercise program. Do weight or resistance training with items around your home (for example, use canned goods as light weights). Walking is great option, as well. The only investment is a good pair of shoes.
Do Bouts of Exercise
It’s OK to break up your physical activity into smaller segments.
The American Heart Association recommends 30 minutes a day of exercise most days, but if that sounds overwhelming, try three 10-minute workout sessions.
You could do a quick calisthenics routine when you wake up, take a brief walk after lunch at work and, if you commute with public transportation, get off a stop earlier and walk the rest of the way.
Keep Going
If you miss a day or a workout, don’t worry about it. Everybody struggles once in a while. Just make sure you get back at it the next day.
It doesn’t take too long to get back on track. It’s easy to make something a habit again. You will see same benefits before. Any little bit you can fit in will show benefits.

Way to go, Louise!!
“I would like to share with you my journey with Skinny Fiber. The first picture is my first 90 Day Challenge. I lost 17lbs and many inches. (I forgot to measure). Over the next few months I had many challenges like most of us do. Not giving up is the key. The next picture I was down just about 30lbs. and more inches. As most of you know already I lost my sister in October and went right off for months. I couldn’t focus on anything. I even gained a few lbs back. Now I am back and feeling tons better and very happy with these results. I am now down 35lbs and feeling great. For anyone that is skeptical Skinny Fiber really does work. I am taking Hiburn8 now too and love it. Honestly give it a shot. It comes with a 30-90 day Money back Guarantee depending on what you order so you have nothing to lose but weight.”

Super Charge Your Liver with These Super Detox Foods

Your liver is one of the most vital organs in your body.  It is responsible for cleansing the blood from toxins from our poor diets and our environment.

Your blood is constantly pumping through your liver where toxins are eliminated and the blood is filtered and cleansed.  When you blood is full of toxins you experience lower energy level, more sickness and a decrease in your health.  If you want your liver to perform in tip-top shape you should work towards improving the condition of your liver.

Here are some foods you can add to your diet to enhance your liver.

  1. Broccoli – Improves immune function, regulates blood pressure and enhances the liver.  It’s also full of vitamins and minerals.
  2. Garlic – Just a small amount triggers liver enzymes to flush your body of toxins and also packs a nutritious punch with high quantities of allicin and selenium, which aid liver cleansing.
  3. Grapefruit – Packed full of an enormous amount of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that do good for your body.
  4. Spinach – Spinach enhances detoxifying the liver with a bunch of iron and plentiful antioxidants.  It speeds up the removal of toxins from the blood and increases total energy in the body.  It’s perfect for a super juice detox.
  5. Cabbage – Stimulates enzyme production, which enhances the detox process.  It’s also been found to speed up the detoxification process and recharge the liver.
  6. Lemon – When you consume lemon it stimulates your liver to create more bile, which aids in the digestion and quickens the process of things passing through the liver.
